difficulties, please:
- Include Program Name and Version
- Include your device type (PIII 850 with 256M RAM, Pilot,
PalmPilot, Palm III, Palm IIIx, Palm V, etc)
- Include your operating system's information (Windows 2000
Professional with sp4, PalmOS 3.5, PalmOS 3.52H, PalmOS
4.1, etc)
- Include Specific step-by-step instructions
on replicating the bug, if possible
- If reporting a crash, check first by turning off any (other)
Hacks that may be running.
- Check for an update or fix on our Downloads zone.
- Include previous responses in all email.

as they have a difficult job and occasionally get overloaded or
temporarily sidetracked by other matters.
