用Delphi开发Palm Conduit

Delphi Conduit Library是一个开源项目，实现了一套Delphi下开发Palm Conduit的库。这个库提供了开发COM类型的Palm Conduit的便利手段，还提供了一些工具帮助Delphi程序同HotSync Manager打交道，例如枚举用户信息、安装文件到Palm等。
